What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

Can I check in before 3pm?

Sorry, we do not offer early check-in.
If you wish to ensure early check-in, you can do so for an additional fee (one night's room charge), subject to availability.

Can I extend my check-out time?

Late check-out is subject to availability. Additional charges apply, please inquire at the front desk (upon check-in or before check-out).
※Late check-out is not available for Suites, Japanese-style rooms, and Luxury Four-Story rooms.

Can I send my luggage before my stay?

Deposit PolicyAre there any

A deposit equivalent to the full amount of the stay in cash or credit card is required upon check-in.
The amount will be settled or refunded at the time of check-out.

Do I need my passport at check-in?

Yes, you must present your passport.
According to Japanese law (effective April 1, 2005), "foreign nationals who do not have a domicile in Japan" are required to pay the following fees at the time of their stay in Japan

Is express check-out (simple settlement) available?

Sorry, no single rooms are available. Please reserve a double or twin room for single occupancy.

Do you have triple rooms?

Triple rooms are not available, but an extra bed can be installed in the following room types for an additional charge:

※Adding an extra bed to a double room is not allowed.

Are consecting rooms available?

A limited number of consecting rooms (standard twin, max. 4 persons) are available. Advance reservation required. Subject to availability.

Can I request a room in close proximity?

We will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee this, depending on the room type and availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

The following cancellation fees apply

  1. Up to 3 days in advance:Free of charge
  2. 2 days ago:50% for the first night's stay
  3. previous day: 80% for the first night's stay
  4. very day: 100% for the first night's stay
  5. no-call no-show: 100% for the first night's stay
Do you have barrier-free rooms?

Can I bring my assistance dog (service dog)?

Yes, there are no restrictions on bringing assistance dogs. Special toilets are available.

Can I request a room on an upper floor with a view?

We will accept your request at the time of reservation. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on room availability.

Is there a discount on children's rates?

Children 5 years old and younger stay free in the same room with one adult.
Adult rates apply for ages 6 and older, and beds cannot be shared.

We are sorry, but we do not sell tickets at our hotel. Please contact us for information on nearby ticket outlets.

Can I ship my luggage from the hotel?

Yes, courier service is available at the bell captain's desk. There is also a mailbox at the front desk.

Can I smoke in the hotel?

Smoking is prohibited in public areas. Please use the designated smoking rooms on the lobby floor.

Is Internet access available in public areas?

Internet access is not provided in public areas, including the lobby and restaurant. However, free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms.

Does the hotel provide shuttle service to/from Haneda/Narita airports?

We are sorry, but we do not operate a shuttle bus service. However, "limousine buses" to/from Haneda and Narita airports are available (drop-off at the hotel entrance). For details, please contactthis way (direction close to the speaker or towards the speaker)for more information.
